Stella Kasser found her passion in her teens and started teaching group aerobic classes in the 1980's for Chicago Health Club. Stella has always been interested in working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She decided to become a personal trainer to share her passion for staying healthy and active when she became a stay at home mom 6 years ago. She is constantly staying updated and educated to give her clients the healthiest and safest techniques to keep them in the best possible condition they can be.

Besides her personal training, TRX and group fitness classes, she stays constantly busy with her son. I get the most excited working with clients that have minimal experience with exercise, showing them how to find the fun in a great workout.

photo_1_1_1.JPGOriginally from Ohio, Corey attended The Ohio State University for 3 years. During his time there, he was a member of the varsity soccer team where he was a goal keeper. Corey Graduated from Capital University, a private school just outside of Columbus Ohio, with his Bachelors of Arts in Exercise Science. Corey now lives in Arlington Heights with his wife and their two dogs and works full time at Body Werks Physical Therapy. Corey is an ACE certified personal trainer, NASM youth exercise specialist, & NESTA sports nutritional coach.  In his time off of work, he enjoys activities that challenge his and allows him to spend time with his family, especially those done outdoors.

Allison found her passion for fitness at a young age.  With her father as a personal trainer and mix martial arts coach, she found herself always in the gym and around fitness.  After receiving her degree in criminal justice, Allison decided to pursue her dream of helping people get fit and stay healthy.  She worked at a couple of popular gyms but the high pressure sales took away from the most important part of being a personal trainer, focusing on the clients needs.  As a mother, she and her husband work together on being positive examples to their children so they too will recognize the importance of being fit and healthy.  Allison also hopes to encourage other parents to be an example for their as well.  She also continues to help and support her husband in his goals as he's lost 60 pounds up to this point. They support and motivate each other to strive to be better in all aspects.  Being healthy isn't just about going to the gym everyday, it's a way of life.  Allison loves helping people achieve their goals.  "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life"

Health and Fitness have been a huge part of my life. I have always been very athletic and have eaten healthy since I could remember . It wasn't until high school when I started really getting into working out;  I absolutely fell in love with running and started doing at home workouts.  I instantly became obsessed with the way I was feeling and the changes I started to see.  I knew the body I wanted to achieve, I just wasn't sure how to get there.  So I started reading a few different women's health magazines and did all the different  diets, tips and "tricks". So after running 6 miles everyday and not eating enough calories that my body needed I realized I wasn't getting the results I wanted.  I started to do my own research online on proper nutrition, I learned a lot on my own and I figured it would only be fitting for me to continue my learning and major in Nutrition and Dietetics.

I quickly learned that nutrition plays a huge role in achieving the body you want and overall just living a healthy life.  Along with changing up my nutrition I signed myself up a t a gym just like TrainMSP and started weight training, this was at first very intimidating but I learned to not let that discourage me.  I am very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and I want to share my knowledge in order to help others achieve their health goals.  Moderation is key in living a healthy lifestyle,  you do not need to starve yourself to get the results you want.  My goal is to help others achieve their goals in a healthy way.  One thing I have learned is there is no quick fix to getting the results you want, this is something that takes a lot of time, hard work, dedication and patience.
